The department offers three years (six semesters) Bachelor Degree course in Physics Honours under Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) of University of Calcutta. The Generic subjects offered along-with Physics are Mathematics (compulsory) and any one of Chemistry / Computer Science. The Department also offers B.Sc (General) degree under the Faculty of Pure Sciences of Bangabasi College.
