The Department offers –
- Four Years B.Sc Honours/Major in Physics (with/without Research) under the Curriculum & Credit Framework (CCF) of the University of Calcutta. The Minor subjects offered along-with Physics are Mathematics (compulsory) and any one of Chemistry / Computer Science.
- Physics as a Minor to other Major Disciplines like Chemistry, Mathematics & Computer Science.
- Physics as Core Paper to Three Years B.Sc (Pure Science) Multidisciplinary Students
- Physics as an Interdisplinary Course (IDC) for all other students.
- Skill Enhancement Courses (SEC) as Python Computation, Scientific writing in LaTeX & Data Analysis.
- ADD-ON courses as Applications of Computational Techniques in Research Methodology of Physics & Introductory Astronomy & Astrophysics
